Magic Knight Rayearth is having a new Anime series. The official X/Twitter account announced that a new project based on CLAMP’s original manga is in production by TMS Entertainment. The Shojo Magazine Nakayoshi published the original manga from 1993 until 1996 divided into two story arcs. The editor at the time convinced CLAMP to create a manga targeting a younger audience. After darker mangas like X/1999 or Tokyo Babylon. And it was during the same time that Sailor Moon was dominating Japan. Later Kodansha compiled the series in three Tankoubon.
